Responsibilities:

Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities in the lawn care sector
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Educate customers about our lawn care services
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lawn care industry or a related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Knowledge of lawn care products, services, and industry trends
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business-related fields is a plus
