As a Sales Representative in the lawn care industry, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities in the lawn care sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Educate customers about our lawn care services
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
- Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lawn care industry or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge of lawn care products, services, and industry trends
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business-related fields is a plus
